LEONARDO LIVE

A presentation of London’s National Gallery landmark exhibition Leonardo Da Vinci: Painter at the Court of Milan – captured live on November 8, 2011 and broadcast on a delayed basis to movie screens around the world.

This never-seen-before sell out exhibition in London brings together the largest number of Leonardo’s rare surviving paintings ever assembled in one collection. Art lovers will have the opportunity to be part of this highly-anticipated gallery opening and to view the exhibition up close on the big screen. Among many other things, you'll have the rare chance to marvel at both versions of 'The Virgin Of The Rocks' presented right next to each other, or the art genius' 'Salvator Mundi' depicting Christ as the Saviour of the World.

This presentation features detailed examinations of the paintings with special guests and experts. The program will be presented in English by art historian Tim Marlow (with German subtitles).
